Sometimes all it takes is that foot in the door to open up a new world of possibilities. That’s how it was for Drew when he was selected for an internship at GSD&M in Austin, TX. Drew was able to get his feet wet in the industry contributing to project work for brands like Southwest Airlines, Chili’s and Texas tourism. After seeing such creativity, impeccable teamwork and how everyone challenged each other to do their best work for clients, he instantly knew he wanted to be part of the industry, without question. The agency lifestyle and culture had him hooked and, 25+ years later, the agency life is all he's ever known or wanted.

Early on in his career, he remembers being told, “Our business goes up and down the elevator each day.” A lesson so simple, but true. We are in the people business. Any successful agency knows that and clients can feel it. That sentiment is what drives Drew as he leads our client services team.

Drew has worked for Sells Agency for 18 years and was named partner in 2014. In his role as director of account services, he oversees our experienced team of account executives and provides strategic oversight for all of our clients. He has worked on global brands such as Audi Automotive, Citrix, Dell and Sport Clips. Since joining Sells Agency, Drew has been strategic lead for notable Arkansas entities, including Powers, NAMI Arkansas, OurTexarkana and the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
