In college, Thad started building computers to make extra money. Then an opportunity in one of his classes set him on his current path. Thad recalls, “One day in a graphics class a guy came in asking for volunteers to help him with a project. We would not get paid, but he would teach us HTML, the language of the web, which was still not taught at Henderson University at the time. I volunteered and the next day I created my first web page. From there I was hooked.”

What he loved most about web and digital then, and still does to this day, is that there is always something new to learn, new ways to display information, and new technologies that we can embrace and use for our clients. From design and development to SEO and high-level strategy, there is no part of digital marketing that he has not touched. He has a natural ability to get to the core of your project, evaluate your needs, and then develop a strategy to accomplish your goals.

Thad is part owner of Pixel Perfect Creative, the digital division of Sells Agency that started in 1998 as a way to deliver web solutions to a traditional marketing client base. At that time, websites were mostly flashy, design-based, branding tools. The agency quickly began to realize that websites should be an integral part of a client’s marketing efforts, not just a standalone piece. In 2007, Pixel hired Thad to refocus the company to be marketing forward and to specialize in what we call digital marketing. Thad has driven very successful digital marketing campaigns for Fayetteville A&P, Fire & Smoke Society, Hot Springs Village, Cape Symphony Orchestra, Oxford American, Conway Regional, BlackJack Boats, Our Texarkana, and many more.
